from concept design to after-sales service.

STEP 01

DESIGN

Agile to assess market trends to correctly grasp the needs of customers, to provide customers with the most productive value of the product.

STEP 02

INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL

Incoming inspection by sampling and full inspection, detailed record of material inspection report, monthly production of KPI to oversee quality improvements.

STEP 03

MANUFACTURE

Machine design and assembly in important part by CCM for the manufacture of machine’s best parts.

STEP 04

ASSEMBLY

The machine production is divided into four lines, the manufacturing process standardization to achieve a stable machine quality; factory monthly assessment of manufacturing personnel, a separate technical training to train high-quality and multi-skilled workers.

STEP 05

CALIBRATION

All machines are using ISO standard implementation of laser inspection, dynamic and static test, in order to achieve the best processing accuracy and repeat the level of accuracy.

STEP 06

MACHINING TEST

Operation processing test to ensure that the machine processing performance.

STEP 07

FINAL INSPECTION

Before the machine by the sales and property management inventory of all items to ensure that the product sent to the client’s correctness.

SERVICE

The sales team regularly reports on customer response requirements and quickly resolves machine and technical barriers for customers.
